Real estate investor since 1996.  Started off buying multifamily in Long Island and NYC.  Eventually became a loan officer in 2001 with Ace Home Funding.  Eventually moved to become a loan banker with Infinity mortgage.  Got out of the industry in 2005 because I saw signs of danger in the mortgage industry.  Got back into the mortgage industry in 2018 when I started Efundhomes.  We do mortgages for business use.  We do not do loans in your personal name, only business names.  We do fix and flip, DSCR, bridge loans, commercial, mixed-use, specialty use, etc.  In June 2023 started to offer business loans as well.
