As a mortgage broker, I work with 50+ lenders, which allows my clients to leave the process of ‘rate’ shopping to me while they focus on the fun aspect of home shopping- looking for their next house. Experienced with both seasoned and first-time home buyers, my team offers loan options for primary residences, investment properties, construction/renovation, and commercial loans all throughout Texas.

I started my career in mortgage banking in 2002. After six months, I knew I had found my dream job and something that I was very passionate about, helping individuals and families accomplish their goal of home ownership.

A natural teacher and educator, Bobby has been involved in the Steamboat ski community for more than 20 years and successfully led a national ski team to two the Olympic Games, garnering a Gold Medal in 2006, Torino, Italy (and two 4th places, which still hurts a little). He’s been fortunate to call Steamboat home for over 26 years.

As a coach, in order to understand what an athlete needs for their best performance, being a good listener is key. This characteristic translates into his real estate career; with a passion for great service, he listens to his clients to ensure he helps them find the perfect property in the Steamboat Springs area.

Sharing the community and all that the area has to offer is what drives him every day, and he brings that energy to his clients in his business. Originally from the East Coast and training in Vermont, when Bobby moved to the area, he found the mountains and lifestyle of Steamboat Springs incredibly welcoming.

When he’s not hard at work in the Steamboat real estate business, Bobby spends a lot of time with his son Enzo and races bikes locally. He of course skis (a member of the US Olympic Team), and he continues to give back by coaching for the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club.

Melinda has 30+ years in the mortgage business.  As a loan officer, her passion is facilitating your homeownership needs.  She loves shopping different loan options to find the ones that most fit her client’s needs and unique circumstances. She has been married to her husband Michael for 40 years, and they have two grown children of whom they are very proud and, so far, two grandchildren they adore!  In her spare time, she loves visiting her family, going to see movies, and trying new restaurants with friends.

After running my own small business for 15 years in California, I relocated to Texas and started working in the mortgage industry in 2020. I feel blessed to be working with one of the highest-performing mortgage brokerages in the country. Our team is efficient, hard-working, and able to fund all types of mortgage-backed loans.
