She ALWAYS goes over & beyond whether it’s just a normal customer service task/question or if you need her to help correct an issue made within the Nationwide umbrella. She will “go to bat for you” even when it’s not an easy fix—(mine was one that we thought was corrected just to find out it wasn’t totally corrected so she had to keep calling corporate on—which I’m sure was frustrating) but you’d never know whether she was frustrated or not because Crystal makes sure you always “hear her smile”over the phone when she’s talking to you & she always calls you back when she says she is.
